I’ve watch documentary, the mother help her daughter kill her self. Her daughter was Vegetable from arms down. She was only getting worse. She wanted die so her mother brought her the stuff to do it.

There was killer. Who wanted eat someone

So he found someone who wanted to be eaten.

He was tape saying it was okay. He agreed to be killed and eaten
