Very low supply, need help
12 days pp and since the beginning I've been having production issues. The most I've ever pumped was 2oz but it usually averages to 1oz per pump session (both breasts). My last pump session.was just pathetic (10ml). One breasts didn't even have 1 drop.
I'm drinking plenty.of water and also breastfeeding in between. What else can I do? Its really starting to affect me mentally
