Anatomy scan results! Can anyone give insight?

Is it ok that I’m 19 weeks 5 days and the outlined one is only measuring 18 w and 3 days. Everything else seems to be bigger or at fetal biometry but that one seems low. Doctor hasn’t responded to my message and tech didn’t mention anything was wrong but of course I’m freaking out.

From what I understand baby can measure behind and ahead on and off throughout pregnancy and it’s not really a concern! After the baby hits second trimester they start growing at different rates and the dating becomes less accurate than it was in the early days

My doc told me that as long as measurements are within 4 weeks of how far along I am then it's fine.
