Why is it some women have different due dates

Is it normal for you to conceive at the same time and have different due dates because I conceived before another lady and her due date is the 7th and mine is the 12th how is that so

Because an LMP-based due date is going to be less accurate than an ovulation-based due date or an ultrasound-based due date.
“Due dates” are highly inaccurate no matter what. All babies have about a 4 week window when they’re allowed to come on their own time (not induced - spontaneous labor), so your “due date” is really a “guess date” +/- 2 weeks.

Yes because it’s based on when you both had your last period. You both may not have started your cycle on the same day.
