OK little backstory:

I am due tomorrow 7/24/2021. My last check up was yesterday, Thursday, 7/22/2021. My doctor checked my cervix and I was only .5 cm dilated after trying literally everything they suggest to induce labor: sex (lots of it), Red raspberry leaf tea, pineapple, spicy food, nipple stimulation, pedicure, bouncing on an exercise ball and other exercises.

I just woke up from an hour nap after work and when I went to the bathroom and wiped this is what appeared on the toilet paper.

Do you think I lost my mucous plug? How long after losing your mucous plug did you go into labor? I was slightly crampy initially after I woke and went to the bathroom but now I am good. I am a first time mom so this is all new to me.
