Really embarrassing for me

Please no judgy and rude comments. I’ve gone to multiple gynecologist and I don’t seem to find a solution. For years now, ive been having a bad smell in my vagina. Ive gotten tested for sti, and basically everything you can think of. All come back negative. I have nothing, it’s just the smell. My gynecologist has tried giving me different medications but nothing works. Ive tried different products for my vagina to smell nicer. But honestly nothing works. This effects my confidence but also my sex life by how bad it makes me feel. Any recommendations or someone experiencing the same thing? Please help
