Post HSG

I had an ectopic pregnancy last August and had surgery. They kept my tube and I’ve been experiencing pain in that tube since then. Yesterday I had and HSG and although the the test was uncomfortable I feel a lot better. My test results are totally normal and they have no idea why I was having pain. I haven’t had any pain since the test whereas before I would have pain off and on all day. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m feeling a lot more confident about TTC again now that I know my tube is clear but why the heck have I had pain for months and months? Any ideas?
