Please help, Ovulation day 13 of July 9th and day 28 today

I am TTC#2 for almost an yr. I had my follicular study done and confirmed that I had my ovulation on day 13 of my 27 cycle. I have my cycles 27-28 days. I am on my day 28 today, no period and water discharge. Will my period start by today or tomorrow or yesterday. Is my AF late by 1 day? Does ovulation day determine the period date? I am just worried and curious to text my pregnancy. Please help
