Milk Protein Allergy

Does anyone's baby have a milk protein allergy? When did the symptoms start? Our now 5yr old had one so I cut dairy from my diet, but I can't remember when the first symptoms started. She had severe eczema and would try to itch her face after a feed, as well as tummy upset and green poop. Thankfully she outgrew it. Our 9wk old now has the occasional green poop, is uncomfortable after feeds and has recently started to occasionally scratch at his face after a feed.
