Anyone good with ultrasounds? 😬

I went for an early scan today at 7 weeks and 3 days. When there the sonographer said he just wants to double check it's not twins. He said it's just one, but I've received some videos and one it looks like there's one fetus horizontal and one vertical. On the videos I can see heartbeat in both but they're not seen together at the same apart from on one video but the sonographer said it was just the yolk sac.. I'll attach pictures of screenshots of the videos
