Best bottle for EBF baby that rejects/chokes on bottle

Tried and tested please

She doesn't want em anywhere near her mouth or will gag on it

I already tried Avent natural and dodie

I'm thinking Tommie teepee nipple would also be too long?

I've tried slowest flow nipples too for these brands.

I think she needs a smaller (thinner and less long) nipple so if anyone has brand suggestions for this I'd love to hear it

She wasn't able to take em before her tongue and lip ties got released (except like once on a fluke) and I'd like to try to introduce them again now that it's done.
