Paid family leave
So my boyfriend applied in June for paid family leave before my son turned one July 1st And had his claim date start May 11. In California I thought it was only eight weeks through EDD paid family leave it should’ve ended on July 6th which would make it eight weeks and he still getting papers to fill out for benefits we just don’t want to end up getting an overpayment and have to pay it back
Edit he also put part time hours on his claim every 2 weeks
