Anyone else really nervous about giving birth? 😩😩 anything to help with contractions for on the way to hospital?

As my hospital is almost an hour away! Scared baby will be born in the car on the way there! #39weeks 
I have very quick labours

I had contractions the whole way to the hospital while in traffic and IT SUCKED. I’m pretty sure I looked crazy to everyone else on the highway. Just focus on your breathing and grip that door handle lol

My water broke at home, 45 minutes away from my hospital.. I even stopped at Chick-fil-A on the way 😆 baby won’t be born in the car.

Honestly the chances are slim of that happening. I found sitting the worse during contractions but when u can stand just bend over and sway ur hips side to side u til the contractions pass and then keep walking between
