Help! Short Luteal Phase! Long Cycles!
Ever since I had my daughter and my cycle came back it’s been all messed up. I used to have a normal 28-30 day cycle. But now my cycles are 40+ days!! And my period has been starting around 9 dpo so my luteal phase is very short which can make it hard to conceive. Has this happened to anyone else and any advice on how to get my cycle back to normal to help conceive baby #2??
