Twins with one ovary?

Question: have any of you twin mamas conceived your twins having only ONE ovary? I had my right ovary removed last year and I’m currently pregnant with Di/di twins and I’ve never met or heard of anyone experiencing this! Just curious to know if there are others like me 🙂
I haven’t been able to find and statistics or information on how common this is, I’m asking purely out of curiosity.

That is actually pretty neat! Congratulations! We’re having mo/di twins, but I do know up to around 30% of di di end up being identical

I had my right tube removed in 2018 due to an ectopic pregnancy which happened to be a multiple pregnancy and the other baby was in my tube. I am currently 12 weeks with mo/di twins.

I’m not sure which one di/di twins are but I hyper ovulate and it’s often from my left ovary which is my dominant one

I ovulated from my right only.

I have just found out I am pregnant with twins and yes I released to eggs from the same ovary when I ovulated it is pretty unusual I was told but not uncommon. I hear u nice to meet another same ovary twin mum. Hope all goes well xxxxxx
