I can’t answer that. It all depends on what your normal is. Someone with usual low blood pressure that could be high. But if your normal is around 120 top number than no it’s not. It’s a little elevated but to me it wouldn’t be concerning. But I’d still keep an eye out to make sure it doesn’t get higher.

My blood pressure is normally 130+ systolic through most of my pregnancy so this would be normal for me but if your blood pressure is normall 100 systolic then this would be way too high! Depends what your normal blood pressure is!
