pelivic pain

Hi,

I am 16 weeks and 4 days pregnant.

I have been experiencing pretty strong pain in my left pelvic area from ladt night. Last night i changed my side while sleeping and i felt accute pain in pelvis that was so bad that i screamed. After a while it settled down a little and now since morng i have pain in the same area. Any idea what it could be? I dont think it is ligament pain bcz i have experienced those as well and they are not that bad like this one.
