Cramps and spotting at 4 weeks 2 days

Also I received my dye stealer today I started having spotting accompanied by cramps.

I do take progesterone 400g a day, so cannot image what else it can be. No sex since knowing I was pregnant, so irritated cervix is out of question.

Had a miscarriage this year, so feel scared I have one this time again.
