PP weightloss/workout motivation...😔

Just shy of 17 weeks PP, and I am having the hardest time getting motivated to workout! I was not really fit before pregnancy, but obviously worse now! I feel so out of shape. It's not really even my weight, although I'm definitely not a small woman. But it's the feeling of weakness. Walking is hard, picking my son up is hard. Everything seems so hard! When I try to work out I get so discouraged because I finally work up the mentality to work out, then I start and can barely do the warm up. I know I should keep going and eventually it will get easier, but I just get so down on myself for this.....its a perpetual cycle..

Anyone else?
