Eat then as a snack, not as a meal replacement (for which they are usually intended). 
Also, add extra calories to all of your meals. Especially fatty ones. And try and add high calorie snacks in between.

Probably. But nut butters are healthy and calorie dense. Things like almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter. The rx kind are made with natural ingredients.
    I also think gnc and health food stores sell protein shakes and weight gain shake powders to add to meals to help  u gain weight.

Drink ensure. It’ll make you gain weight fast. Cliff bars are high in sugar, they’re more for people who are heavy training

Those are snacks ( and in my opinion gross) but you should ask your doctor about high Cody foods that are still healthy ( so you don’t fill your body with processed crap)
