Working out postpartum
I’ll be 3 weeks postpartum tomorrow (Monday) and I’m completely hating the way I look and feel. Im wondering if anyone here has any postpartum workouts they recommend.
This was my second baby and he came really fast with no drugs and I feel great body wise, I only had one stitch and a first degree tear. Complete 180 from my first baby!
