Weight gain at 22 weeks

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and have gained 22 pounds. I’m 5’7 and started off around 148 lbs and at 22 weeks I’m at 170. I’m nervous that this is not normal… I see my doctor on Wednesday and not sure if they will comment on it 😩. Thoughts on 22 lbs at 22 weeks?
