7w 1d- brown discharge

I’m feeling so helpless right now. Last Monday, I had some pink spotting and went to the ER. I was measuring 6w2d heart rate was 101bpm which was lower than normal apparently. They also found a small subchoronic hematoma. This is our rainbow and I really don’t know how to connect or be happy that I’m pregnant since my anxiety is so bad. I’ve been having brown discharge since Friday. I spoke to an OB nurse and he told me that I don’t have anything to worry about but if it becomes red and/or filling a pad then to be seen. Now today, I did have some red but went back to brown which is so weird. I’m just so nervous and scared. I really don’t want to have another miscarriage.
