Plus size pregnancy

I’m 14 weeks 5 days I haven’t seen my baby via ultrasound / heard a heartbeat since my first ultrasound and have been told that I won’t be getting any ultrasounds because I’m high risk due to weight I am only 20lbs heavier than I was with my first baby boy from over 3 years ago . My doctor won’t even attempt to use fetal Doppler on me because im so “ overweight “ I am 5’10 and 300lbs exactly this is starting to annoy me because it’s like he’s doing a half ass job . And I missed my last ultrasound due to COVID so now I have to wait until Aug 19th to see what’s going with my baby .
