How long I have to wait after a c-section to start wearing a waist trainer ? It’s been almost 5 weeks since my c section and I want to start using a waist trainer to get my stomach back down.

A waist trainer is going to be a lot tighter and rougher on your incision than a postpartum belly binder/band. You could use a belly binder for now, but I'd have a doctor look at the incision and make sure it's healed enough for a waist trainer.
