Help!

I seriously doubt I’m pregnant but I started spotting today (12DPO) and my bbt hasn’t dropped off yet. The spotting looked like period blood (normal red) but lighter flow still. I’m just anxious 😓 I ovulated on CD18.

Could it be implantation?
