Birth control

I’m just curious, I’m on the pill and I wanted to know if it’s normal to not have a period. I’ve had unprotected sex while I’m on the pill and I haven’t got my period at all and I was wondering if that’s normal if I should test for pregnancy??! I’m just super paranoid this is the first time I’ve just missed a period while on my birth control usually I have at least some bleeding but this time I haven’t had any. Advice?!
