For the past few weeks I’ve had some period like cramps. I was so exhausted I spent all day in bed. I had to pee all the time had itching and some discharge. Went to doctor they said I had a lot of white blood cells in urine and gave me antibiotics. The only thing the antibiotics helped with was the fatigue. Went to the doctor again and said I had some blood and +2 white blood cells. He was confused but gave me metronidazole vaginal to rule out BV. I’m still in a lot of pain and feel awful. Has anyone had this before? Idk what’s wrong. I’m a virgin that also rules a lot out too.
