Anyone else start cramping a week before their period?
I’ve been having PMS cramping starting a week before my period the last few cycles. Just curious if this happens to anyone else? It’s not very painful cramping but it’s so annoying. The first time it made me think I might be pregnant and it was implantation cramps, and we are not trying to have a baby right now so it was stressful😂
