Does your partner helps around the house?

Since we moved in together my bf doesn’t do any housework. If I don’t clean the house it will be miss. It feels like I'm a freakin maid. Instead of a partner, I have a grown-ass child (as a bf) that I clean and cook for. I’m getting sick and tired of it. 
It's making me rethink having kids with him. I don’t need more people to clean after. Once I left the dishes unwashed to see whether he would clean them or not. Guess what? After a week I gave up and I washed it myself. 
Yes, I have talked to him about it. Now every little thing he does pisses me off.

No he doesn't. He likes to cook so when we got married we decided he would do the cooking and I'd do all the cleaning.

My husband does just as much if not more cleaning than I do. He’s also more thorough than I am. I spend 10min cleaning the shower. He spends 30 and has his toolbox out because he takes off all the fixtures to soak them and clean behind them.

Honestly this is a deal breaker for me. Before my bf and I moved in together, we discussed chores. At first, I had to nag at him to do chores and that easily got tiring. SO, I asked him what does he like to do. He said he isn’t a big fan of cleaning but likes to cook. So now my bf is cooking 90% of the time and 10% cleaning (me, vice versa). 
Point is, if you continue to do all the work now and not put your foot down, it’s only going to get worse. You’re basically taking care of a child. If he isn’t willing to help out and doesn’t care about living in a messy place, then it’s best to kick him to the curb. Whenever you have kids, you will be cleaning every day…is that something you’re willing to do by yourself?

My husband has ocd so I mean he does half of it if not all of it half the time because I’m pregnant 😂😳 I still do some but he doesn’t like when I overdo it 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is something me and SO talked about BEFORE, he's perfect but if he wasn't then at least he could get used to cleaning at his parents' house before we moved in together, rather than him picking things up slowly while I got annoyed when we start living together. You need to have a firm talk with him and maybe start to only clean your stuff so he can see that his dirty laundry and other stuff won't be magically cleaned anymore, or even place dirty stuff in his drawers and his side of the bed, maybe then he will realise that he has to put some effort in too.

Even though I'm technically a stay at home parent I'm too sick to do much cleaning so my husband works and does the heavy cleaning. I'll cook for him and the kids and 3 out of 4 of us have food allergies so I cook several meals for every feeding time. AND every dinner is something that they all 3 can eat together so they eat at the same time so I'm also baking breads that fit their dietary restrictions. Basically I'm a wizard in the kitchen so he takes care of most other things 😂. I do fold laundry, deep clean the bathrooms and am mostly in charge of the kids things(help with school, emotional problems, ordering clothes and other supplies, setting up playdates etc). He's very involved with their daily lives but we've figured out that the kids respond better to my help than his.
In your case, I would balance it out somehow or have him pay for a cleaning service. If he doesn't clean, he can cook and take care of the car issues and payment for filling it up if you have a car. If you have pets he can be in charge of those etc. Something that makes you think "well, I'm cleaning BUT he's doing x,y,z so it's okay". Or yeah, give him a quote for cleaning up after him or the alternative of just "you clean up or hire someone to do it for you because it ain't me anymore"
