Swollen feet 34+4
Not really sure what to do, my feet/ankles have been getting really swollen the past week and even after sleeping/resting with them elevated it doesn’t seem to go away. Sorry my feet are super dirty from my sandals/being outside, but just looking for some advice. Haven’t had any other signs of high blood pressure so far.
