You need to realize when they do these pictures it’s not the same as getting them from a camera.  I’ve seen hundreds of ultrasound pictures and a lot of them look really messed up but it’s just the way the ultrasound works it makes things look funny sometimes

Your doc would’ve let you know if there was anything wrong anatomically! It’s probably just a funny angle or baby was making a funny face
