My Favorite Nausea Remedy

Hi ladies, once when I was in the hospital a nurse made me her "miracle nausea drink" I thought it sounded gross but was desperate... it helped sooo much! My husband explained the chemistry behind why it works but I forgot. Here it is:

Fill a glass with ice

Fill half with milk

Fill the other half with ginger ale

Stir a bit and that's it.

I do reccomend a low sugar milk (like Fairlife etc) if you're nauseous a lot because you'll be drinking this a lot and milk has a ton of sugar :D
