White spots down there

UPDATE: because trying to remain anonymous. No, they do not wipe off. I say spots because it’s not a raised bump. They are flat and don’t feel any different from the skin around them when I touch them. Maybe sores is a better word. I really don’t know. And yes, they do burn now. Noticed after I posted this that it burns when I pee. And I have no clue if this could be related but I’m pretty sure I have hand, foot and mouth disease right now. Caught it from my 1 year old daughter. Just checked this morning and it’s no longer white spots. It’s red and still burns when I pee. I’m guessing it actually is from hand, foot and mouth disease.

So my husband and I had sex Saturday and I noticed yesterday that I was feeling a little sore down there. Today I decided to take a look and I saw white spots inside of the lips. I’m freaking out! We’ve been together for 15 years. Does this mean he’s cheating on me and I have an std? I know I need to go to doctor but right now I can’t sleep or even think straight. What could it be? I tried googling but not finding anything that looks like it. No smell or discharge..at first I would’ve used the words bumps but when I feel them they’re not actually bumps, that’s why I chose the word spots. Mainly just feels a little sore, possibly a little itchy. I’m wondering if it could be some type of yeast infection from not cleaning up immediately after sex. That’s what I’m hoping for but I don’t think that causes spots 😩
