Is it normal to lose/stay at the same weight during your second trimester?
I am currently 20 weeks with my boy and wanted to eat a cleaner diet. I shifted my diet to eating more fiber and fruits and better carbs but I started eating more frequently (small portions and snacking throughout the day)
I was running out of energy a lot faster so I started eating pasta for carbs and that’s my weakness 😩
Yesterday, I had an appointment with my OB and I was convinced I’d gained at least 10 pounds but I had actually lost 5.
Is that normal? I feel like I should be gaining, not losing.
