Confused… hcg down then up

So here are my levels

July 12- 22,979(5w2d)

July 14- 37,654(5w4d)

July 19- 36,018(6w2d)

Obviously I was told I’m going to have a miscarriage

My ultrasound showed only a sac at 6w3d (when I should have been 6w5d) and a SCH

I went in to make sure things were going down

1 week later, July 26 my levels are 45,323

I knew something was up because my symptoms have gotten worse and I’m now experiencing all day nausea that I didn’t have before.

I don’t understand

They already dropped slightly. Why have they gone back up? I stopped taking my progesterone suppositories last week so things should have been progressing to a loss and since they already dropped it doesn’t make any sense that they went back up

I know obviously that increase is not a good or doubling increase because it only went up a bit in a week… but should I do another scan before I take the pills to induce the miscarriage?
