Hip pain starts 10 days pp?

I have recently started having hip pain that makes it difficult to walk. I’m walking with a limp. If I bear weight on my leg, it’s a shooting pain around my hip seeming to come from the epidural site.

It’s super weird that this only started two days ago when my LO will be two weeks on Thursday. Has anyone else had the late onset pain? Do you know what it is and have any exercises to help it?

I’m terrified this is from the epidural and if it stays with me forever I am ruined.
