Help IUD

Okay so I got my IUD last month which I have no clue if this is even related to my issues but I have been having some sharp cramping pain that are on my right side going down my leg. I started bleeding a tiny bit but it was like the light pink blood kinda like implantation bleeding I have a baby have had that before. Am not bleeding anymore and it was literally only when I was wiping. The pains have also went away just mild cramping. I just Got my IUD in a little over a month ago. I waited then amount of time before having sex and all that. Someone tell me that they have just had all this and not been pregnant.

My other thought was since it was on my right side It was my appendix. I did message my doctor waiting to hear back and just want to other stories.
