For the past 3 days Iv been having Braxton hicks a lot more than normal.

Nhs says it’s common to have 1-2 in an hour, and can be all different times of day.

on Sunday night I had 3 in an hour and then the following hour another 3.. after that they died off.

On Monday (yesterday) I had about 6/7 again in the evening but spread out more and no more than 2 in an hour

Today I have had 1-2 in an hour, 8 total (so far) but this time was throughout the day. These are lasting 30-45 seconds each time

I am 30 weeks pregnant today, I also have pains in my lower stomach under my bump above my pubic line. Spoke to midwife and she isn’t worried about the pain as I’m not bleeding, no uncommon discharge etc and babies movements have been no stop

I am just wondering how often should you be getting braxton hicks around now and what would you say is normal. I have not been on my feet and have been resting as I had covid last week so resting my body still.

Got my 31 week midwife app Wednesday next week so will keep monitoring everything.
