Labor Possibly Approaching?

This morning I woke up and had 2 softer stools before my OB appointment at 10:00. I never go 2 times within a few hours unless I’m sick. Started having some cramping and back pain but doesn’t seem quite like contractions. Went to my OB appointment and I am 3 cm dilated, 37+3 today. Was at a 0 last week. Went about my day, had lunch, came home and had a 3rd loose stool (well basically diarrhea) and this when I wiped after peeing. Is this considered part of a bloody show or just spotting from a pelvic exam? FTM here!
