Unisom & B6 help

Hey ladies, I’m looking for some help when it comes to taking Unisom & B6 for morning sickness. My doctor recommended it and said if it didn’t work she sent in a prescription for Reglan (which I don’t want to have to take.) I’ll take the Unisom at night w/ B6 and B6 again in the morning, but won’t that only help morning sickness in the early morning hours? My nausea and vomiting is sprinkled sporadically throughout the whole day. Just looking for some relief 😔.
