Vitex thoughts, tips and tricks!
Curious to hear some success stories with Vitex! (Please don’t be mean, I am all about herbal/holistic remedies and I don’t take hormonal bc).
I’m not trying to conceive, just trying to regulate my hormones since I seem to have difficulty ovulating. Took it for a month and a half and already saw a period!!!
