hsv1/2 test results

not sure if this is the right group… but does this test mean i have herpes or does it mean my body is fighting off the potential virus since i might’ve come in contact w it?

is this a high number for it? or is it moderate? i’ve never had this before ever, the most i’ve ever had was a yeast infection and bv which is recurrent bc i sweat sooooo much down there it’s hard to keep dry! please anyone help and don’t be mean please
