Confused? IB or Period?

Hey all. My period is due to start on Saturday. On Monday and Tuesday when I would go to the bathroom I would have some bright pink blood. Only when I wiped and not every time. It was on and off and it has stopped. I took a test today and it was negative? Was that my period? I’m super confused. I thought it could be implantation bleeding but I’m not sure now. I’m just trying to figure out if I have something going on or what my next step should be. I have a normal 28 day cycle and am super regular. I also track with OPKS. TIA!
