Dumb question I know

This month I used opk test strips vs my CB digital. I started testing on the 18th and stopped testing on the 24th because I wasn’t seeing or getting a peak and got discouraged. We’ve been trying for over a year and yes we’re getting help but it’s a slow process. So the last time we BD was the 24th, if I were to go by the app shown and we BD is there still a chance to conceive despite our issues? I want to get pregnant sooooo bad it hurts 😩😭 This journey is so emotionally draining. I may take an opk today next chance I get just to see where I’m at.
