Mittelschmerz (Ovulation Cramps)

I’m not seeking any advice, just making a post. But feel free to share if have had similar experiences.

Today is CD 13 for me and I’ve believe I’ve been experiencing what they call mittelschmerz, German for “middle pain”, right in my abdomen area. To me,it feels like it does when you haven’t done sit-ups in a while and your muscles are sore. 🤣 Plus there’s some slight bloating and EWCM. According to Glow Im due to ovulate on 7/30/21. We BD’d on 7/22/21, 7/26/21, & 7/27/21 (and will BD some more hopefully). I haven’t done any OPKs this month but I’m in good spirits about this cycle.
