1.5 years TTC

After one week of pregnancy symptoms I took a test. Positive. 2 days later another positive with slightly darker positive line. Then a couple of days later my pregnancy symptoms stopped. I didn't feel pregnant any more. I took another test and it's a faded positive line. I have had 2 days of spotting a couple of days apart from each other. Has anyone has this and carried a baby to full term 😭😭😭 scared to be excited and it's hard to have patience after so long. I'm also 39 years old. I'm worried that I'm miscarrying or chemical pregnancy.
