To explain a bit of what you're looking at:
The top right number of 0.6 is your HCG test result.
Below, the first "column" of numbers is how many weeks pregnant you would be IF your HCG reading was between the X and Y numbers on the far right "column". 
As you can see, 0.6 doesn't register at all on the far right column, which means that you are not pregnant. To have a positive result, you would have had to have shown at least a 5 on the test.
