Early period?

So I’m a little worried, my bf and I had sex one week ago, two day after My period had ended. We did not use protection. Two days ago I had a very bad “cramp” that lasted about 10 minutes. Yesterday, I started bleeding, not sure if it’s my period since I just had it about two weeks ago. I’ve always been regular with my periods, never missed one. I searched my symptoms and found out that it could have been a potentially early miscarriage. Any thoughts? Should I go to the doctor?
