SI joint pain +RA

I’ve been dealing with SI Joint pain the past 6-7 weeks. I am now 30 weeks pregnant.

It slowly progressed so bad that I was bed ridden. Unable to walk at all I was crying and screaming every single day for the slightest movement I had to make. I hv RA and my doc said RA+ pregnancy hormones must b marking it even worse. So I was my rheumatologist and she prescribed PREDNISOLONE 5mg (lowest dosage) which is an oral steroid medication. I’ve had the tabled for two days now once daily. But I am still in some pain. But it has definitely reduced than what it was. Anyone else who has had this medication with any relief ? Will the pain gradually reduce ? ☹️
